Murray Coleman Chief Executive Officer, Bovis Lend Lease
Appointed in February 2009 and based in Sydney, Australia.


Murray has been with the Lend Lease Group for more than 20 years and has held a variety of senior executive positions within the Group both in Australia and the UK . Prior to his current role, Murray was Chief Executive Officer, Bovis Lend Lease UK where he was responsible for the UK project management and construction business from mid 2006. This followed on from his Sydney – based role as Chief Executive Officer Bovis Lend Lease Asia Pacific.


In 2002 Murray was based in London as Head of Environment, Health & Safety for the entire Lend Lease Group, responsible for workplace safety and the Incident & Injury Free program. Before this, Murray was Chief Operating Officer of the Microelectronics and Pharmaceutical Group operating in Asia, Europe and the Americas.


Murray holds a Bachelor of Building (1st Class Honours) from the University of Melbourne, and was a Commissioner of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) in 2008.


Murray is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building and was recently appointed a Professorial Fellow at the University of Melbourne in the faculty of Architecture, Building & Planning.

Andrew Muller Global Chief Financial Officer, Bovis Lend Lease
Appointed in January 2009 and based in Sydney, Australia.


Andrew has been with the Lend Lease Group for 11 years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bovis Lend Lease Asia Pacific region and subsequently CFO of the Australian Bovis Lend Lease business.


He started with the Project Management and Construction arm of the business in 1997 as the NSW Branch Accountant and in 1998, Andrew moved to New Zealand and the Manukau Wastewater Services Joint Venture as the Financial Controller. After nearly two years in Auckland, Andrew moved to London in 2000 for four years, where he held a number of finance roles including Financial Controller for Bovis Lend Lease UK & Financial Controller for Lend Lease Europe.


Prior to joining Lend Lease, Andrew spent 7 years with chartered accountants BDO Nelson Parkhill. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business degree from University of Technology, Sydney.

John E. Spanswick, CBE Chairman, Bovis Lend Lease
Appointed in July 2005 and based in London, England.


John joined Bovis Construction as a trainee in 1962 and has worked on many of the projects that shaped the Company's reputation for quality, value and innovation. He was appointed to the Board of Bovis Construction in 1980 and helped to grow the Company's business in the 1990s, in the lead up to Lend Lease’s acquisition of Bovis. Prior to becoming Chairman, John was Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Lend Lease in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.


John is Chairman of the Major Contractors Group, Chairman of the Strategic Forum Health and Safety Group, Commissioner of the Health and Safety Commission and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB). In June 2006 he was made a CBE in the Queen's birthday honours in recognition of his services to health and safety and the construction industry.

Mike Bellaman Chief Executive Officer, United States
Appointed in April 2008 and based in Chicago, US.


Mike joined the Group in 1987 and held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Director of Multi-Sites and the BP Global Alliance. In this role, he managed all aspects of the BP Retail investment portfolio and BP's Global Real Estate and Renewable Energies groups; and was also responsible for coordinating work with other oil companies. Prior to this, Mike was Principal-in-Charge of the Washington and Richmond offices.


Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. His also has professional affiliations with the Associated Builders and Contractors, American Society for Quality Control and the Society for College and University Planners.

Tony Costantino Chief Executive Officer, Australia
Tony Costantino is the Chief Executive Officer responsible for Bovis Lend Lease’s project management, design and construction business in Australia. He has worked for the Lend Lease Group for 25 years on some of Australia's most recognised developments in a variety of executive roles, initially in construction management and project management.


In 1999, he was appointed General Manager of the Commercial Business Unit of Bovis Lend Lease Australia. In this role, Tony created a business that leads Australia in the creation of innovative and sustainable commercial building designs and workplaces that are the benchmark for Australia's owners and occupiers. These include Deutsche Bank Place, the Renzo Piano-designed Aurora Place and 30 The Bond.


Prior to his appointment in September 2008 as Chief Executive Officer, Tony was Managing Director of the Australian business. In this role, Tony has successfully diversified the Australian business, setting up a national healthcare business and developing the company’s presence in the water and infrastructure sectors, as well as consolidating its market-leading position in the commercial and retail sectors. As a result of this successful strategy, Bovis Lend Lease was recently announced as the largest commercial construction company in Australia for 2007/08.


Tony is also a Director of Bovis Lend Lease, Australia. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney.
Mark Fletcher Chief Executive Officer, Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa and Latin America
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in international construction and project management. He joined Bovis Lend Lease in Russia in 1994 and has subsequently been involved in operational roles in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Turkey before moving to Dubai in 2003 as Regional Director to establish a Middle East business unit. In June 2006, Mark was appointed Chief Executive Officer Bovis Lend Lease Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA).


Since September 2008, Mark has responsibility for Group’s project management and construction operations in Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa and Latin American & the Caribbean which encompasses over 30 countries.

Nick Pollard Chief Executive Officer, UK
Nick Pollard was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Lend Lease UK in November 2008 having joined as Chief Operating Officer in October 2007 and is based in London. He has extensive experience in both the construction and utilities sectors abroad and in the UK.


Nick joined Bovis from Skanska UK plc where he was Executive Vice President, and prior to this he served as a regional director at Railtrack, responsible for the London North Eastern network, before leading the national programme of railway enhancements, later being retained as part of the HQ directorate leading change in the then newly formed Network Rail.


Nick has a B.Sc.(Hons) Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
David Paterson Managing Director, Bovis Lend Lease, Asia
Appointed in September 2008 and based in Singapore.


David has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction and project management industry, of which 14 years were spent with Bovis Lend Lease. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of Bovis Lend Lease Asia, David held the position as the Managing Director Southeast Asia and Country Manager for the Singapore Base and Pharmaceutical businesses.


In his role, David is responsible for Bovis Lend Lease’s operations in key markets in Asia, providing strategic directions to grow the business in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Greater China and Japan.
