In the business, we strive to meet the needs of our clients and to also achieve the best quality outcomes. One such example is our track record in designing and building award winning projects. In 2004, Bovis Lend Lease designed and constructed the award winning Applied Materials Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore and was awarded the highest ever construction quality score (CONQUAS) in the industrial buildings category by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA).
Bovis Lend Lease is no newcomer to designing and building sustainable buildings too. We designed and constructed the Asia Pacific Headquarters for global semiconductor, Xilinx Inc and this project was awarded the ‘Green Mark Platinum Award’ by BCA in May 2007. This award is the highest rating given out by the BCA for environmental friendliness and the first ever award for a privately developed industrial facility.
Bovis Lend Lease is also currently providing design and construction services to the Somerset retail project, a highly coveted site which Lend Lease secured from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore. Opening in 2009, the development has already won the top notch ‘Green Mark Platinum Award’ accorded by the BCA for sustainability in 2008.
Our combination of global knowledge and local expertise enable us to offer integrated real estate solutions carefully tailored for every client’s objectives in local conditions. Our experience covers various sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Education and Retail. Over the years, we have handled projects for clients such as Honeywell, Daimler Chrysler, and Infineon, fit-outs for Cisco Systems, extension works for the Australian International School and INSEAD’s Singapore campus as well as revamping one of Singapore’s oldest retail centres, Parkway Parade, into one of the Republic’s busiest shopping malls.
In the life sciences industry, Bovis Lend Lease Pharmaceutical often delivers projects in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) form of contracting with an engineering partner in this market.
